Ran an easy duck pond run today with Craig C, Pete C and Dave C. 3 Lawyers all their Last Names begin with C, I guess I was the odd duck.
Easy run 5 miles with a walk at the pond. Nice day 70's with sun.
Felt good after yesterday's tempo run.
