Ran the congress park route at lunch today.
Ran with Bob, Jeff and Craig M.
Easy pace, it was hot. Nobody really wanted to push the pace or go more than 5 miles. The pool was busy, it was hot, upper 80's.
My allergies really flared up today, I am so congested in my sinuses.
